How Long We Keep Records

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, usually a few weeks. After that, they are deleted permanently. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security analysis, then automatically purged. No data is stored longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Your Rights to Access or Delete Data

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us through the site’s contact page. We will respond within the period required by law. If you wish for your data to be deleted, send your request via the same contact form. We will remove your information from our systems unless we are legally obliged to keep it.

Who We Share Data With

We share anonymised analytics data with service providers who help us understand site usage. These providers act only on our instructions and never use the data for their own purposes. Our hosting provider stores server logs securely and is bound by contract to protect your data. We never sell your personal information to any third party.

Why We Hold Your Data

Contact form information is held solely to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your request. We never use it for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. Server logs help us maintain security, diagnose technical issues, and analyse how visitors use the lobby. This allows us to improve the site’s performance and user experience.

Cookies and Your Choices

The site uses cookies to remember your preferences and enable basic functions. Turning off cookies in your browser may prevent certain features from working, such as persistent login or language settings. We do not use cookies for tracking across other websites. You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, but the site may not function fully.

What We Collect and When

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This happens only when you choose to send us a query or request. Our web server automatically records your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. These logs are generated every time you visit the site, regardless of whether you fill in a form.
